‘The comedic narrative was really funny and engaging’

‘I liked the confidence and humour from the lead singer and this engaged the audience thoughout.’

‘I thought it was really cool how it changed settings. Also using narrative and lip-syncing to create comedy within the video.’

‘I liked how the lyrics connected to what was showing on screen and acted as a dialogue for the actors when speaking to each other.’

‘I liked the performance base element, the quirky underground basement was really cool and made the video more authentic for an alternative band.’

‘The difference in costume was refreshing and juxtaposed the traditional costume from the neighbour next door emphasising their differences.’

What I learnt?

·     The humour was very appealing and we would like to incorporate this within our video.
·     The changes in costume also could engage the audience and create variety within our video.
·     The simple yet quirky basement works really well and is more appealing within Alternative music videos.

·     The lyrics are really important when showing meaning and conveying messages to the audience while matching up to the content being showed.
