When choosing this song for our music video, it was significant that we had granted permission from the artist. Due to to copy right laws we have to gain the permission from the artist as well as agree for the video's use to be non-profitable. In addition due to the details shown through their record label we were able to contact the band easily through email.

Well the song obviously has a light and 'fluffy' exterior, however there's amore sinister nature to it. My interpretations that it's generally about taking some for granted/being dependant and needing someone more than wanting them because it's comfortable.
As the song is using lots of imagery, and for my uni application I would incorporate stop/start animation of e.g. peach, but eventually revealing it decaying ear. We could switch between this and actual footage of a couple growing apart.
I also contacts of social workers who constantly work with people who are dependant on their partner to physically live, due to disabilities' and how it can strain a relationship. Which 'I'd love to explore with permission, although it's more loosely linked.
